Sue Fowler

Sue FowlerSue has been Ed’s paralegal for over 10 years and has worked in law firms for 35 years. She has experience in a wide variety of the law, including family law, estate planning, real estate, business law and civil litigation. In addition to providing paralegal support, Sue is responsible for handling financial and overall office management. In the middle of her career, Sue got her Human Resources Certification (HRCI) and took a break from providing legal support to attorneys in order to take a position in management. However, not wanting to leave the law firm environment, she accepted a position managing the legal support staff at Perkin Coie, a firm of over 220 attorneys, where she worked for 11 years. However, Sue ultimately decided to return to personal injury law ~ a place she feels like she can make a difference ~ simply because it is so “personal.”

Paige Cole

Paige ColePaige has been Ed’s legal assistant for over 10 years. Her role is essential to the success of Harper Law. She is most often the first impression of Harper Law as she typically takes incoming calls. She works very closely with Ed in accumulating most of the documentation needed to process a personal injury claim, i.e. medical records, bills, police reports, etc. This requires considerable time, monitoring and patience. She is also primarily responsible for Ed’s calendar. Beyond actually entering appointments into the calendar, it also involves getting Ed to the right place at the right time with the right file in his hands, whether to meet with a client, expert witness, or opposing counsel. Paige also works closely with Sue in responding to initial calls from potential clients, maintaining regular contact with existing clients, and dealing with adjusters and health care providers.
