Marcia Harper
Marcia is Ed’s paralegal and her role is essential to the success of Harper Law. She is most often the first impression of Harper Law as she typically takes incoming calls. She works very closely with Ed in accumulating most of the documentation needed to process a personal injury claim, i.e. medical records, bills, police reports, etc. This requires considerable time, monitoring and patience. She is also primarily responsible for Ed’s calendar. Beyond actually entering appointments into the calendar, it also involves getting Ed to the right place at the right time with the right file in his hands, whether to meet with a client, expert witness, or opposing counsel. Marcia responds to initial calls from potential clients, maintaining regular contact with existing clients, and dealing with adjusters and health care providers.
