How do I handle a personal injury claim when liability is clear?

You should connect with Harper Law as soon as possible. If the collision is clearly the other person’s fault, there should be no question of liability. The question will be you have enough auto insurance to cover the loss through your PIP – for medical bills, wage loss, and loss of services, until you can settle up with the at-fault insurance. Also, health insurance coverage would cover your medical bills as well. There may also be a UIM claim for you to open up with your own insurance co. There are many, many questions to look into and you need to be able to cover the loss independently before you talk to the other insurance co. because they will want to have you sign a full-release in exchange for their settlement. Good luck!
